A - CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
STEP 1: Go to the website realt.co

STEP 2: To register, you must fill out some fields

This should log in to your account. Next, you will need to validate your identity and indicate on which electronic wallet you would like to receive your tokens. As a reminder, you need to validate your identity so RealT knows who the tokens belong to at all times. Only the company will know your identity.

STEP 3: To validate your identity, go to the “ID verification” tab.
If one day the government needs to know the information about a token holder, it can request that information from RealT. RealT requires this information to comply with the regulations.

STEP 1: Select the country mentioned in the document you are going to submit. Then, upload a selfie with an official valid document (passport or license driver).

STEP 1: Create your RealT wallet
Choose between RealT Wallet or your own crypto wallet. If you are a beginner in the world of blockchain, cryptocurrencies and you do not know concepts like "Metamask", "seed phrase" or even "DeFi" then we recommend "RealT Wallet".

Click on “Get a RealT Wallet”
Connect with your socials.
It is possible to sign up via Google, Facebook, Discord and Twitch accounts.

STEP 2: You can set up your own crypto wallet. If you own a crypto wallet, click on “No thanks, I want to use a different wallet”.

Continue with “No thanks, I want to take the risk.”
Choose to receive your assets and rent on Gnosis Chain. By opting for Gnosis Chain, you can take advantage of our entire DeFi ecosystem, which includes our innovative projects such as YAM and RMM, plus, the gas fees are extremely low!
Select Ethereum if you prefer to receive rent on Ethereum (We don't recommend this choice because the gas fees are high).

STEP 3: Connect your own wallet. We advise you to use Rabby. If you don’t use Rabby, you can connect through WalletConnect. A trusted protocol used for connecting mobile and web browser wallets to Web3 protocols.

STEP 1: Go to Our Projects.

STEP 2: Enter the quantity you want to purchase, then click “ADD TO CART”. Then click on the shopping cart at the top right.

1 - Pay with cryptocurrency with your custodial or non-custodial wallet.
2 - Pay with USDC or xDai cryptocurrency directly with your wallet on Gnosis Chain.
4 - Pay by credit card.

STEP 3: You can change the quantity here, too. Then, click on “Proceed to checkout”

STEP 6: A few minutes after your investment, you will receive a second email allowing you to sign the contract between you and the LLC or the Inc. that "wraps" the property.

STEP 7: Read the contract.
The contract is more than 50 pages long, but we will describe the important points to you. In the image below we can see that we are signing a contract with a series LLC which is different from the RealT structure. You can see that the LLC “RealToken LLC - Series #184 -1389 BIRD” owns the property. You own a percentage of this LLC based on the number of RealTokens you purchased. The RealT company is an independent company that manages the property management of the series LLC or Inc. RealT Inc does not own the LLCs or Incs, the investors own them!
In this second image, we have a summary of our order, including our Ethereum wallet. The RealTokens will be sent to this address we selected when we configured our account.

STEP 9: Confirmation of the signature of the contract.
You will receive an email to confirm the signature of the contract.
You can access this contract at any time.
STEP 10: You will receive an email when your RealTokens are delivered.
