Financial Details Needed for Application

General Funds within the last 90 DAYS. It will be separated into assets & liabilites.

Enterprise Balance Sheet—same screen as the general funds, but will be entered specifically for each project type (water=water funds, and so on and so forth that was selected from the interview screen)

Other Income—a screen to capture any annual additional operating /non-operating income that may not have the best spot in the other financial screens.

SLAs- Indicate any SLAs to report, the replacement cost, the useful life (drop down) and which project type (from the interview screen) with a description

Proposed Funding—One of the most important screens. This shows all of the possible funding sources that the project needs. The drop down gives examples of sources. Secured funding and applied for funding can be entered here. However, imaginary numbers that are click happy saying that EPA will give you $10M with no backup will not be acceptable (for example). This screen will ultimately need to equal the project cost screen.

Debt—provide any information on any existing & proposed loans (breaks out to "existing other, existing USDA, and proposed new other than USDA)

Proposed Operations & Maintenance Expenses—Proposed O&M expenses for the facilities for the 1st year of operation after the project has been completed. This info will come from the PER.
