• Winning checks will go out before November 7^th – Please cash or deposit them ASAP so we can close the books on 2025
• No check under $5 will be sent except for members joining after August 1

Treasurer’s Report

• 2026 Plan
• Fee for 2026 again will be a two-tier system
• Members who pay their GHIN fee elsewhere - $75
• Members who have TLSGC pay their GHIN fee - $110
• Total budget estimate is $22000 – 200 golfers at $110
• Carryover from 2025 about $4300; originally projected to be $2900
• IT bill this year for SUG (annually), Domain Name (3 year), and Website (5 year) less than projected
• Raffles at Westfields and Twin Lakes at scrambles
• TLSGC pays out 5 flights weekly – project weekly payout increase
• Expenses include: GHIN Fee at Twin Lakes; Administrative fees – IT costs, donuts, coffee; winnings – including club and flight championship winners; extra scramble payouts
• Scramble subsidies – we include lunch at our scrambles

Fee Payment Requirements for 2026

• DO NOT PUT YOUR 2026 FEE PAYMENT IN THE TINS
• Reminder that if you want your handicap to be active on January 1, 2026 you need to activate your GHIN elsewhere or I need your $110 payment by December 27, 2025
• Send your $110 or $75 (if you pay your GHIN fee elsewhere) made out to TLSGC to:

Twin Lakes Passes

• Reminder that Twin Lakes Passes start November 15 and end November 28
• Really good deal especially if you are over 65 (and can prove it)
• Passes are good for two years from issue date
• Reminder that single round Senior rates no longer exist
• Have a safe and healthy winter and see everyone next week and in April
