Step 1:

Make sure you are connected to the internet.

Step 2:

Log on to the Learning Portal [ http://learn.lasalle.edu.sg/ ]

Please log in using your @myLASALLE.edu.sg email and password

Step 3:

Click on the link on the announcement section in the Learning Portal to start your survey

Step 4:

At the survey page, please note WHICH MODULE you are completing.

Step 4:

You may select which module to complete by clicking this button

Step 4:

On a Laptop: You can scroll down to respond to all questions.

On a mobile device: you can tap on the tabs to navigate the different sections.

Step 5:

Upon completing the questionnaire for each module, you can click “SUBMIT” at the end of the page to confirm your responses

OR click the ‘save’ icon if you are using mobile device

Note:

• All entries will only be captured after clicking on “Submit” / “Save” icon.

• If you refresh or close your page without Saving, you will need to re-select your answers. Your text answers may not have been saved.

After clicking SUBMIT, the page will refresh and show your NEXT incomplete MODULE survey

Step 6:

Upon completing all the questionnaires for all modules, you will receive the following notification (red banner)

Please REFRESH your BROWSER. If the red banner still appears, all your answers have been captured.
