Problem Statement

Traditional procurement methods have been found to be time-consuming and inefficient, with challenges such as identifying reliable suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery. One solution that has gained attention is the use of multi-attribute reverse auctions (MARA) as a procurement strategy, which allows for competitive bidding on multiple parameters such as quality, delivery time, service level, and price.
