First and foremost we are looking for strong leaders who have a deep passion for social impact. Social impact is one of 180 Degrees’ core values and it is essential that our branch founders embody our commitment to enabling real societal change.

THE PROCESS.

01. Online Application
A written application showcasing your skills and experiences, your motivation to start a 180DC branch and environmental suitability.
02. Interview
A two-way conversation about your application, understanding your alignment with 180DC, discussing your organisational structure and any preliminary challenges or questions.
04. Approval
Official approval of your branch! You will be allocated to an Operations Specialist who will set up an introductory call to discuss your branch launch and any topics you would like to learn more about. You should also legally register your branch and sign our Licensing Agreement.
03. Branch Proposal
A formal submission (in PowerPoint/PDF format) detailing the strategic planning underpinning your branch and addressing any gaps or weaknesses. It is also an opportunity for our team to see your commitment to launching the branch.
