    • Yes, this would enhance the User experience of the product.
  3. Does this feature aligns with the Product Vision?
    • Yes, as it’s making a product a better one to work with.

    • Yes, we just need to revamp the existing screen.

Steps to perform

Steps For Adding a New Dashboard: �

  1. CX >> Analytics >> Dashboard >> Click on the New Dashboard button (Present on the bottom of the screen)

Steps for Editing the Sidebar of the Dashboard:

  1. Hover over the Dashboard name until 3 dots appear >> Click on the 3 dots and then perform the edit action that you wish to apply

Steps for Changing the Order of the Dashboard:

  1. Based on the Visibility criteria, we have 2 sections. In order to change the order of the dashboard >> simply drag and drop the dashboard name.

Steps for Editing the Topbar of the Dashboard:

  1. The Top section of the dashboard screen will have 3 dots that will allow the user to edit the main area of the dashboard (ex: adding a widget)

Individual Dashboard Sorting (Phase 2)

The end user would now be able to drag and drop the dashboards based on their own preferences. On hovering this drag and drop symbol must be displayed.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Test that the user is able to edit the sidebar of the dashboard when hovered over the dashboard name.
  2. Test that the user is able to edit the top bar of the dashboard when clicked over 3 dots present on the top right corner.
  3. Test that the user sees the various options when hovered over the side bar:
    1. Rename
    2. Visibility
    3. Delete
  4. Test that the user can re-order the dashboards.
  5. Test that the functionalities remain intact as previously on the position updates.
  6. Test that functionalities like Add Widget, Add Manager, Export and Settings appear on the top bar of the dashboard.
