Requirements of PA 144 Section 98c

Requires districts who wish to receive the funds to:

Develop and make publicly available a Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan that:

addresses learning loss for ALL students lagging in academic progress
includes Health and safety strategies
addresses academic, social emotional, and other needs
focuses on acceleration of learning
aligned to and measured by a benchmark assessments, and correlate with COVID-19 learning plans

Present the plan at a public board meeting in October and be visible on the district website.
