  • Trip cancellation insurance policy

    • All fundraising will go into a group fund to be accessed and distributed among all students traveling

Registration and Deposit

  • $150 deposit per traveler due with your registration by end of March.
  • Complete your registration at https://edt.grcoll.co/v2/go/hockb26d5p
    • If you created an EDT account for previous trips you will need to create a new account (it’s a new system).
  • Band must have 80 students confirmed by March 28th to lock in trip. Instrumentation must be balanced.

Volunteers Needed

  • Chaperones
    • Goal of one chaperone for every eight students
    • Chaperones will be waitlisted until approved by Mr. McEnry and Music Booster Executive Officers.
    • Chaperones must have previous experience chaperoning HHS or HMS band events.
    • This is not a vacation. Chaperones are on duty 24/7 and must chaperone more than their own child.
    • Lots of walking, late nights, early mornings.
    • Chaperone Expectations
    • If you cannot agree to these, consider planning your own side trip and meeting up with our group.
  • Student Fundraising Committee
    • Email hockinsonmusicboosters@gmail.com or sign up tonight.
    • We need more than just our HHS Booster Officers to plan and pull these off.
    • Our goal: All students who want to go on the trip can.
