  • Reply using the chatbox at the bottom right
  • Do not select the “also send to” option

Send your message by typing in text and then clicking the send button at the bottom right of the chatbox.

Click the “+” button on the bottom left to attach media including screenshots and files. Select the “Upload from your computer option to search for the relevant file.

You can include Google Docs links as needed – ensure that you adjust share settings before sending so that anyone with the link can view the file.
