Local business and community leaders along with OHS and surrounding school leaders meet quarterly and have set a goal to improve Work Based Learning opportunities for our students.

Encourage Innovative Mindsets

OCSD is challenging students to become innovators with their knowledge and not just consumers of knowledge.

Refine the Skills Required for Success

Students are challenged to refine and demonstrate their skills in the Universal Constructs: Creativity, Communication, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Adaptability/Flexibility, and Productivity/Accountability while engaged in an authentic project in collaboration with business or community organization.
