  • Continue to strategically expand consortial vendor options for our members

  • Conduct a review of the policies and procedures for the CLC Overdrive group subscription

  • Recruit and onboard a 6th team member who would assist in communications/promotion, including continued development of the CLC Libguide, and other projects as needed

  • Continue to strategically expand consortial vendor partnerships for our members, with a goal of adding two new partnerships during the year.
  • Continue reviewing and refining the policies and procedures for the CLC Overdrive group subscription.
  • Update and enhance the CLC LibGuide by adding relevant documentation and improving content organization to create a more effective resource for CLC team members.
  • Review and update job descriptions for the CLC team coordinator and CLC member-at-large positions.
