Energizers

Energizers are short and fun activities for students in the classroom or any participants in any meeting/training to help students to be more alert and active and can be implemented at any time during the teaching.

Teachers should keep the following points in mind when deciding which energizer they will use for their students:

  • Age of the students
  • Gender
  • Culture
  • Physical abilities
  • Group dynamic

Ice-breaker activities

An ice breaker is an activity, game, or event that is used to welcome and warm up the conversation among students or participants to any meeting/training. Ice breakers range wildly, from simple one-question answers to elaborated team games

The main goal of the ice-breaking activities is to get to know each other

in the classroom.
