Wingrunner Checklist

Purpose

Improve the safety of the launch process by utilizing the wingrunner as a last check. The glider PIC maintains responsibility for the readiness of his/her glider.

Timing

CATP on the next slide is accomplished AFTER the following has been completed:

  1. Glider pilot has finished their own checklist without interruption
  2. Rope Hooked up with glider pilot permission
  3. Canopy is closed
