Our Services
Our team helps by providing comprehensive event planning to help execute your event - everything from reservations, event planning, setup of furniture, security coordination, and on-site management.
Starting in January 2024, our team began managing the Shared Spaces Program.
Our team provides campus with professional event technology support for meetings and events including PA systems, multimedia presentations, concert packages, audio/video recording services, and many other options.
Our team also provides technical services across campus based on availability.
