Standard size orbit length

Used for 2 yearsNot all documents are posted but all are present

Generates a lot of force. At 150 ml flask 40% full cannot hold by hand.

Use with stainless steel flask holder

Or lower speed magnet flask of autoclavable bottle

Quite noisy at 300 RPM. You don’t want it all the time running on your bench.

Links 3D printed in ABS and reinforced with 5 mm diameter metal screws and CNC case of hdpe. Two options of electronics:

Custom built

MKS board about 25$U$

Cost for the shaker: Hard to calculate: I use a recovered laptop power supply, a 12$ Nema 17 - allows wide range at good torque, the MSK board about 25$, the heater about 5$. The HDPE is about 6$.

Incubated shaker interior.

The software supports both the Shaker and the incubator.

Can take a variety of tubes

It’s an incubated tube rotator so we can control the temperature

It is 3D printed however we use several profiles so the print time per piece is less than 6 hours.

Guess what the enclosure is?

Why not have an OS app like Geneious, SnapGene or Benchling?

12 of 13

It started because I could not find a decent way to sanity check LAMP primers

I initially wanted to print the sequences on paper and then cut them. On a second thought that did not sound right

Then I realized that we don’t have an OS software that we can extendThen I realized that we don’t have an OS software at all !!
