Inputs are all things and resources to be put in place in order to enable activities
Note: Either metrics, anecdotal evidence or other sorts of inputs; examples, funding, leadership, technical tools, etc.
Activities
Are the activities to get your solution in place happening?
List those actions to achieve the objectives of the intervention
Note: Not only intrinsic activities of your project, but also activities that might create the right environment or necessary conditions for results. Examples: #of agencies involved, #meetings, etc.
Outputs
What products came out of the project activities? �What physical evidence do you have of your work?
List here the tangible and intangible products/ services that result from intervention (short-term).
Note: those immediate things achieved - for example, #online services available, #citizens participating in public decisions, etc.
Outcomes
What changed as a result of the project outputs in the short/ medium term?
List what changes in knowledge, attitudes and behaviours of citizens, businesses, and public servants you observe in the short-medium term.
Note: think in metrics towards increase of /reduction of your key targets
Impacts
What changed in high level goals as a result of the intervention (long term)?
Impacts are the actual or intended changes in higher-level strategic goals.
Examples: contributions to development goals, improving the accountability of public institutions.
