A Property Sale or Rental with Low Cost Access to Technology with High Returns for the Agent:
Monthly Cloud Fee - 2,500 Rupees + GST

eXp India Revenue Share explained

Agents at eXp can receive revenue share income from the sales activity of agents they bring into the company.
For each person you bring into eXp you can earn up to 140,000 Rupees depending on the sales production of that person.
This continues to be paid to you as long as you remain an active agent and the agent you have brought into the business stays with eXp and generates sales requirements.
Revenue share is paid from the 25% percent share that eXp receives and doesn’t reduce your agent commission of 75%.

And in addition to your bonus for the sales production of the agents you bring in to eXp, you can ALSO earn revenue share bonus payments, for the production of the agents that they they bring in!
As an example: If you personally sponsor 5 selling agents to eXp who meet their sales requirements and they in turn sponsor their own selling agents, you can earn up to 160,000 Rupees (Tier 2) annually for the production of each of those other agents, ON TOP of the 140,000 Rupees (Tier 1) you earn from the selling agents that you have brought in...

The agents you bring into the business, are incentivised to produce sales and recruit and attract agents into the business who also produce sales with the same bonus payment.
