Happy New Year
Happy New Year! We hope that you have all enjoyed a relaxing and fun filled Christmas and you are ready to start a new term at West Pennard. We are looking forward to starting our new topics and working towards our SATs in May.
Housekeeping
Please make sure that you bring the following things into school every day:

Friday: P.E and Nutritious Lifestyles
Wow Events in Hedgehog Class
Spellings
Spellings will be handed out every Thursday.
We will learn the rules and practice these in class.
Please practice little and often and home to support this learning.
Home Learning
Homework will be sent home and must be in the following Thursday. If you finish it earlier, please hand it in so we can support you with any errors you may have made.
Reading
Children should be reading X4 per week. We will check planners on a Monday. If they are a confident reader, they can read independently.
