Participant & Organization Search
Benefits: More easily access lists of group members. Allow staff to more easily cover for absent coworkers. Make it easier to handle staff transitions by easily identifying current caseloads.
More Search Fields
Search by System Fields
Benefits: Find recently added or updated records. Find records based on how they came into the system.
Universal Search
Benefits: Easier for admins to track down a record that a user needs help with. Administrators can review all new participants and organizations added within a specific time frame.
Add to Group with Search
Benefits: Much easier to find and select the desired participants or organizations instead of paging through an increasingly long list. Saves time and effort.

Bulk Survey Updates – Survey/Data Tool
Manage Survey/Data Tool Instances for Single Survey/Tool
Benefit: Easily “Complete” multiple instances of a survey so they can be included in analytics. Readily open any and all pending instances of a survey so that responses can be collected.
Bulk Survey Updates – Data Collection
Manage Survey/Data Tool Instances for Entire Data Collection
Benefit: Easily “Complete” all instances of all surveys in a data collection so they can be included in analytics. Readily open all pending instances of surveys in a data collection so that responses can be collected.
Export System Fields
System Fields Optionally Included in Exports:
System fields are available in exports from: the All Participants list, the All Organizations list, the Participant folder / an Organization folder, a Group, a Survey, a Survey Instance, and a Note Type
