Constitutional Amendments passed via e-vote:

• Currently, some role descriptions in the constitution are ambiguous. To prevent ambiguity regarding election timing, term length, and responsibilities, this amendment proposes a reformatting of role descriptions in Constitution to include the following standardized information: Title, Number of Positions, Class of Positions (including G1-G4 when applicable), Election Date, Term Start Date, Term Length, Executive Board (Y/N), Voting Member (Y/N), Recommended Background, Primary Responsibilities. (38 Yay, 1 Abstain)

• Currently, we have no set start date for Fall terms. This amendment would set October 1st as the formal start date for positions elected in the Fall, exactly 6 months from the Spring term start date of April 1st. (37 Yay, 1 Nay, 1 Abstain)

​

• Currently, Student Organizations can only be approved twice a year (Spring and Fall). This amendment would give Vice Presidents the power to approve student organizations on as-needed basis in time-sensitive situations (e.g. natural disaster relief) with a unanimous decision from the two Vice Presidents. (32 Yay, 5 Nay, 2 Abstain)
