A link found somewhere inside the Bando will lead you directly to the following page. Tick the relevant fields, then proceed.
Once ‘Go on’ is clicked, you will be redirected to the login page. Select the ‘Lettere e Filosofia’ Bando from the drop down menu, then insert your student number, your tax code, and your Infostud password (note that you CANNOT use your digital identity credentials to access the page, unlike Infostud itself).
Once you log in, please make sure that your personal data is correct; and in case it isn’t, we urge you to log in to Infostud and correct it before resuming the application.
Should everything be accurate already, please click ‘SAVE and go to next step’.
Next is the student’s records. Here you will find all the exams you passed in the current cycle that have already been registered on Infostud.
In case you passed an exam, but hasn’t been registered on Infostud yet, you are allowed to self certify that same exam just after making sure everything else is correct. The Erasmus Office will be checking whether the exam was passed after the Bando has closed.
Once that’s been done as well, you can click on ‘SAVE and go to next step’.
In the following page, you will be asked to insert any previous degree you might be holding (this passage isn’t relevant to our Faculty’s call and you can skip it).
Please click ‘Go to next step’ again.
Should any previous mobility you did (including mobilities done while enrolled in other programmes/institutions) not appear on this page, you’ll be asked to add those.
Once you’re done, please ‘Go to next step’.
The following page is key; you will be asked to certify your linguistic proficiency through various options. In case you select an option requiring you to upload a document, a small ‘Browse’ (‘Sfoglia’) button will appear below the ‘Confirm’ button.
Should you select either the CLA language test or being enrolled in an English-taught programme, please proceed without uploading anything.
You can at this point select your destination. Our Faculty allows you to make two choices.
Please note that you already put your motivation, reasoning and all ancillary information on the ‘Modulo Progetto Formativo’ which is among the documents required for your application, thus it is redundant to also write them here.
At the very end of this page, you will be asked whether you intend to depart during your next cycle of studies (e.g. you apply as a third-year bachelor but have been meaning to participate in the Erasmus program during your first year as a Masters) and also tick various other information. Please note: the ‘I am willing to leave for different destinations’ option is irrelevant for the Faculty of Arts and Humanities.
The next step is of utmost importance to students enrolled at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities: it is here you will be required to upload the ‘Modulo Progetto Formativo’ that was signed and evaluated by the promoter of each agreement. Please note a couple of things: first off, this page does NOT mention a ‘Modulo Progetto Formativo’, instead referring to it as ‘other documents if required by the call’; secondly, mind that the system will NOT prevent you from closing your application, whether by accident or negligence, should you not upload any document here.
You may click ‘SAVE and go to next step’ once you ticked the declarations present on this page, and again after MAKING SURE you uploaded your ‘Modulo Progetto Formativo’.
This is the last page before submitting your application. This page contains a series of links allowing you to go back to any step of the application, to make sure everything is correct. Please keep in mind that, even if you close your browser and log back in later, you’ll find your data was saved and you’ll be able to pick up where you left off. If you feel you’re not missing anything, you can finally click on ‘Confirm and send your Application’.
The application will then be considered complete, ready for the Erasmus Commission to evaluate.
You can also print your Application, or have the system send you a receipt through your Sapienza mail address ([surname].[studentnumber]@studenti.uniroma1.it). Should the need arise for you to re-open your Application, please get in touch with the Faculty’s Erasmus Office.
