WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING?

  • 2.5 million voters purged in the last decade - second largest voter purge in the nation
  • Only midwestern state without AVR/EDR policy
  • Egregious gerrymandering/non-competitive races dries up progressive infrastructure in once-competitive parts of the state
  • 30-day voter registration requirement (strictest in the nation)
  • Convoluted vote-by-mail process, no online ballot request option, 1 ballot box/county
  • Restrictive photo ID laws
