As we start this year, there are four areas that we have identified to concentrate on as a District in helping our students be successful:

DISTRICT GOAL #1:

  • LCS will commit to consistent innovative system-wide processes resulting in high levels of learning and growth for all stakeholders.

DISTRICT GOAL #2:

  • LCS will establish and maintain community supports and services to promote emotional, behavioral, and social development of students.

DISTRICT GOAL #3:

  • LCS will attract, recruit, employ, develop and retain high performing teachers, administrators, & staff who provide exceptional opportunities for all students.

DISTRICT GOAL #4:

  • LCS will build a sustainable inventory of technology hardware and software to ensure the instructional needs of students and teachers are met.
