Research - what research have you done and what did it tell you?

We have done research into who EE are and we learnt that EE is the UK's most Advance digital company. EE are one of the first networks in britain to provide a rapid speed 4G service competing with fibre broadband. EE are a link of Orange and T-Mobile plans, giving over 27 million customers a high quality network and claim to have the BEST Service. EE has the biggest amount of customers and was awarded the best network in the UK by Mobile Choice magazine. EE are building the best mobile service possible by investing 1.5 Billion over the course of three years to give superfast 4G mobile services over 160 towns and cities. This is building on their 15 billion investment since the year 2000 building britains biggest 3G phone service is now covering 15 million households. EE Has a heritage of innovation and was created by bonding two major mobile brands, T-Mobile and Orange, Which combined in 2010. 4G improves your connection speeds up downloading i.e. video streaming.

Target Audience

Are main target audience is young people but it is also aimed at an older audience as anyone can benefit from the better quality service.

In the final production we show you how you don’t want anything slowing you down in your day to day lives regardless of your situation by comparing life itself to the speed of the new 4G service.

Are target audience is not based around one demographic, anyone and everyone can benefit from the new service 4G provides, whether you're a stay at home parent, business person or a teenager listening to there favorite music. 4G ia for everyone!

What?- What is your final idea? How did you come up with it? What does it look like? Why do you think your target audience will like it?

Our final idea is a group of young people using 4G internet to watch their favourite videos and downloading content from the internet. Then they change to 3G and the videos start buffering. This makes the young people angry and they react to how slow the internet is. We then hear a voice over saying talking about the advantages of 4G which interests the group. We then see them happy and having a good time using 4G internet.

Where will your idea be and why? Will your target audience see it there?

Our advert will be on the internet advertisements and on television. This would be ideal for are advertising as our target audience use these two types of distribution.

Again we believe that our target audience would see the advertisement as are target audience use TV and the internet the most. We feel there would be little chance they would miss the advertisement as the world now lives and breaths TV and internet.

Development - tell us how the idea developed from the initial brainstorm

At first our idea was ‘secret agent’ based, but we felt that it didn’t give enough information about 4G i.e. connectivity and download speed. We eventually came up with our final idea which covers all aspects of 4G for our target audience and we’re all happy with it. We shot our ad multiple times in order to get the best possible quality to achieve the best mark.
