Notes/TOS - Payment & Timing

I accept payment in the form of discord avatar decos/nitro and global steam/google play gift cards.�I can also take payment via PayMe. I know it’s a rather local thing though.

Prices can be negotiated, and will very likely be rounded based on payment method.

All prices in USD; any conversions to HKD will be done with a multiplication by 5*

Depending on how busy I am and how complex the piece is, It might take up to three weeks for me to finish the commission

I have all rights to refuse to take a commission (although I will give you a reason)

*It’s not 7 or 8 because standard of living. Also, local discount bc it makes my life easier.

Notes/TOS - Commission Process

I will send progress screenshots after the sketch is completed, after lineart is completed, and after coloring is completed.

I’m asking for full payment upfront, unless you’re paying via payme - then it can be 50/50 upfront and after completion.

I’ll ask for input before starting lineart and rendering. On that note, if you don’t respond within 3 days of me contacting you, I’ll take that as a “go ahead and interpret how you will”. You can ask for palette changes at any stage past coloring, but I won’t make other changes after the sketch is confirmed.��You can ask for at most 2 changes; 2 separate ones for palette/lighting color changes.

Also, “Half body” means above the thighs

Notes/TOS - What am I offering?

By accepting a commission, I’m giving you the requested piece(as a .png/.gif/.mp4 file)* + krita(.kra) file**, image sent over discord and both uploaded to google drive, in exchange for the current amount of currency.

You can be as detailed as you want or as vague as you want in your requests. At minimum you must describe an environment and/or a character. I may reject your request or ask for further clarification if I do not understand it.

I strongly advise clients also inform me of what they intend to use the piece for, as this will help me create something more adequate for its purposes.

*.png files are the default for static pieces. You may request a .gif or .mp4 format for animated pieces.�**Krita file will be as it is when I finish the piece, with potentially more layers merged to save space. I will not provide other file formats.

AKA the “Surprise me” one

So the idea is

1. You send a request and however much money you’d like to pay (min $5)
2. I make a peice, complexity & finish based on $ offered
3. no communication / updates (and therefore no revisions)
4. When I’m done, I send you the finished work!

VGen calls this type of commission “surprise me”, and honestly it’s a good name.

Notes on Styles & How to pick if you don’t know

• I often use a blend of techniques and styles to create my pieces. Therefore, this section is just a guideline, mostly used to determine prices.
• I almost never use anti-aliased brushes. Textures and style mimicry are the exceptions to this.

I have a “dedicated” “animating” style. The quotes are because it’s very similar to the artfight one

I will half the price if it’s minimal animation, like just an eye blink or a nod.

I will also ⅔ the price if the design is very simple

And then I will round the final price to the closest discord thing.

Reference Sheets

It’s pretty much just the polish style without any rendering. And no cool poses. Mostly. And some bonus doodles.

Said bonus doodles don’t cost anything, you can request certain things to be drawn but I stop when the page fills.

I will ask for an image of the character or a very detailed description however, and i will be asking many many questions. The more i know about the character, the better! Random trivia facts go!

Pieces with no characters

If it’s a prop, It counts as a headshot/halfbody depending on complexity

If it’s an animal, no that is a character go back- /lh

If it’s solely a background, $15-25 depending on style and complexity, ask me for details

Wooh, that was a lot!

All that being said, don’t be afraid to ask for something not on the “will” list! I’d rather you be satisfied with what you recieve.

Also, don’t be afraid to ask for random polishes! …Simple things, that is, like a line of dialogue, some title text, a multiply layer for atmosphere, random glow effect, that sort of stuff.
