Sports Medicine Procedures

  • If your child gets injured, he can evaluate and treat for the injury
    • If it is something that needs a referral to a specialist, he can help with that too

  • 10/30 Initial Certification @ CHS 4-5 pm
  • 11/13 Make-up & Re-assessments @ CHS 4-5 pm
  • ***All wrestlers must bring $5 UIL assessor fee***
  • Weight Certification Process:
    • 1. Hydration Assessment (Specific gravity test)
    • 2. Alpha Weight Determination (What they weigh on that day)
    • 3. Skin Fold Measurement (Body Fat %)
    • 4. Minimum Weight Class Certification.

THIS IS A TOUGH SPORT, THEY ARE GOING TO NEED YOU TO CELEBRATE THEIR VICTORIES, CONSOLE THEM DURING ROUGH PATCHES AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE TO TO ACCOMPLISHING THEIR GOALS! THIS WILL NOT BE EASY AND IT WILL CHALLENGE THEM, BUT THEY WILL BE SO MUCH BETTER OFF IN LIFE FOR HAVING DONE IT!
