Design your pattern
Cardboard 10.5x3”
Use an awl, t-pin, or needle to make holes across the top
Tape string to the top left back of the loom
Wrap the string around the loom long-ways as many times as your pattern is wide.

Getting Started

Prepare: Tie one end of 5' of thread to 1 outer warp. Leave a tail about 15”. Place a needle on the other end of the thread. Row 1: String your beads in the same order as your pattern. If you tied on to the right, read pattern from right to left. If you tied on to the left, read pattern from left to right; pass needle/thread/beads under the warp threads and pop 1 bead between each thread (Fig. 1, green thread). Hold the beads in place while passing back through each bead, this time over the top of the warp
