Apa Itu Live Work Permit?
Live work permit/pekerjaan perbaikan dengan energi aktif adalah pekerjaan-pekerjaan perbaikan yang tidak memungkinkan untuk dilakukan isolasi energi dan LOTO karena sifat operasinya dan/atau perkerjaan perbaikannya yang menuntut untuk tetap dalam kondisi beroperasi atau suplai energinya aktif.
Pekerjaan Perbaikan atau Instalasi dengan energi aktif yang mencakup:
(a) Perbaikan atau peninstalasian kelistrikan dengan suplai power aktif;
(b) Pekerjaan perbaikan atau penginstalasian sarana mekanik/ perpipaan dengan instalasi aktif yaitu antara lain dengan bahan bertekanan, bertemperatur atau karakter B3 (mudah meledak, mudah terbakar, beracun, iritan, dan berbahaya lainnya)
