How to Enable Dictation

In order to have text typed as you speak:

1. In the "Accessibility" section, select Manage accessibility features.

2. Under "Keyboard and text input," turn on Enable Dictation (speak to type).

3. Click where you want to speak (Ex: in an email).

How to Change Cursor Size

1. In the "Accessibility" section, select Manage accessibility features.

2. Scroll down to the Mouse and Touchpad section.

3. Slide the switch to the size cursor you want.

How to Zoom in or Out

In order to make the screen bigger or smaller:

1. Press Ctrl + to make the screen bigger. You can press it multiple times to zoom in more.

2. Press Ctrl - to make the screen smaller. You can press it multiple times to zoom out more.

3. In order to return to the normal screen size, press Ctrl + 0 (zero).

How to Magnify Entire Screen

1. Select the time at the bottom right, or press Alt+Shift+S.

2. Select the settings gear & Accessibility.

3. Under Display, turn on Full screen magnifier.

4. Choose how you want to move around your screen:

  • Move around continuously.
  • Keep mouse centered.
  • Move the screen when the mouse touches the edge.

5. To choose your zoom level, next to Fullscreen Zoom level, select the down arrow, or click HERE for a tutorial.

How to Magnify Part of the Screen

1. Select the time at the bottom right, or press Alt+Shift+S.

2. Select the settings gear & Accessibility.

3. Under Display, turn on Docked Magnifier. This will magnify half the screen.

4. To choose your zoom level, next to Docked Zoom Level, select the down arrow.

5. To change the part that’s magnified, move your cursor, or press Tab.

1. In the "Accessibility" section, select Manage accessibility features.

2. Scroll down to the Mouse and Touchpad section.

3.Select Highlight the Mouse Cursor When It’s Moving.

4. This feature “circles” the cursor to make it easier to find/follow. Click the option again to turn the feature off.

How to Display All Bookmarks

1. Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
