O1-03: Toward a community consensus for metrics in solar physics and space weather
Goal
Why is it important:
To achieve transparency, accuracy and consistency for all modeling efforts, scoreboards, scientific research, publications within the community
standardization of metrics for solar wind, CMEs, coronal holes, photospheric magnetic field map etc
Identification of the minimum combination of metrics that will provide the most complete evaluation for the phenomenon of interest
Reach a consensus on the metrics that should
*at least* be used for the assessment and evaluation of different space weather phenomena.
