Step 1: Install 4× 40160 brackets onto 2× 500 mm 40160 profiles.
Note: M8×16 LGC bolts should be lightly tightened only.
Step 2: Install the 40160 × 500 aluminum profiles (with brackets from Step 1) onto the two 1350 mm 40160 aluminum profiles.

Note: M8×16 LGC bolts should be lightly tightened only.
Step 3: Install the remaining 40160 × 500 aluminum profile (from Step 1) onto the aluminum frame assembled in Step 2.

Note: After adjusting the positions of the profiles as needed, you may fully tighten the M8 bolts.
Step 4: Flip the rig frame assembled in Step 3 and install the four rubber feet.
Note: After adjusting the positions of the profiles as needed, you may fully tighten the M8 and M6 bolts.
Step 5: Install 8× 4040 brackets onto 2× 500 mm 4080 profiles.

Note: M8×16 LGC bolts should be lightly tightened only.
Step 6: Install the two 4080 × 500 aluminum profiles (with brackets from Step 5) onto the frame assembled in Step 4.

Note: After adjusting the positions of the profiles as needed, you may fully tighten the M8 bolts.
Distance between 4080×500 and 40160×1350 profiles: 65 mm.
Step 7: Install 4× 40160 brackets onto 2× 780 mm 40120 profiles.

Step 8: Install the two 40120 × 780 aluminum profiles (with brackets from Step 7) onto the frame assembled in Step 6.

Note: After adjusting the positions of the profiles as needed, you may fully tighten the M8 bolts.
Distance between 40120×780 and 40160×1350 profiles: 490 mm.
Note: After adjusting the positions of the profiles as needed, you may fully tighten the M8 bolts.
Final Step: Fully tighten all M8 bolts and install the aluminum end caps onto the aluminum profiles.
