OVERALL GOAL:
Sept - November
Meet with stakeholders to learn about the understanding and current practices and needs to support RJ in CPS
Draft and share CPS specific definition of RJ and integration with Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS).
December - January
Launch professional development offerings for Tier 1 practices.
Collaboratively develop 3 year strategic plan.
Ongoing data collection.

Strategically partner with schools to identify and deepen best practices.
Launch coaching cycles to support educators and teams.
