Brief Overview of F.A.C.E.:

F.A.C.E = Family Advisory Committee for Early Childhood Education

It is a vital part of the program because we believe that parents must be involved in the education of their children. Being a part of this advisory council is just one of the ways parents can be involved.

We welcome any CCS PreK family members who would like to participate in this capacity.

“Every child we serve will be successful and prepared to enter kindergarten.”

When asking families about meeting with teachers and their overall impression of the classrooms:

From these responses, almost 90% of all the families that took this survey have met their student’s teachers and felt that classroom was inviting. That high number can probably be attributed to the fact that teachers had most families fill out the surveys during Family Orientation.
