2013-2014

Nepal team has been visiting Nepal since November 2013 in several missions and Volunteering with many organizations at Biratnagar and Mother Teresa Kathmandu

  • they had also visited villages, orphanages and a rehabilitation center and shared bible stories, spiritual songs, movies and sketches.Served in public areas with kids, teenagers and youth

2015-2016

After the Earthquake which happened in Nepal in April 2015 killed nearly 9,000 people and injured nearly 22,000

The team started medical missions

First Medical mission :

Dec.2015 medical team consulted around 1836 Nepalese .

to help sick and needy people after the earthquake

Second Medical mission :

Feb. 2016 the medical team consulted around 2250 Nepalese

The team didn’t forget the spiritual part. By preparing fun days for the kids, sharing spiritual songs, stories, sketches and making crafts with the kids.

2017

  • Third medical mission:
  • Doctors examined girls & boys in some orphanages. We served in many camps and treated about 1210 patients.�In addition to the fun days and the spiritual part for the kids.
  • We Started Our Non-profit organization with many objectives to help the Nepalese people
  • Starting Our Vocational center through our foundation ,we started by ICDL COURSE in order to serve youth as we saw this as a need in Nepal.
  • We made a huge Christmas event we called it “Christmas Love”

2018

  • By God’s grace starting from May till August 2018 we managed to give some courses in our home; ICDL, Photoshop, Art, English and Computer courses. In these courses around 12 Nepalese people attended and participated. Those participants were of various age groups, they were also rewarded with official certificates from St Mark Coptic Foundation. Moreover, we started giving Health Care Awareness, Art, English, Electronics and Computer courses in six schools at Harrissidee, Godawary, Kathmandu and Bhumistan.

We started an After school program in our home which is run by local people.

The kids attending the Sunday school have grown in number and they became more attached to us.

Threats through years

  • Hindu religion ( conservative country ).
  • No relations at the beginning (for example the catholic church didn’t want to cooperate with us now we are in a very good relations and cooperation with them and many other entities ) .
  • The huge earthquakes which happened at 2015 at how it affected the country and the life (like no electricity – water – transportation …..ect)
  • The difficulties to issues an entity for us .
  • No place for us .
  • No church.

God's hands through years

  • God never ever let us there even one second .
  • We dreamed to pray a Holy Mass at Nepal and now our dream come true in our St Mary and St Mark Church .
  • See God’s hand during the construction of the church
  • Praying Holly Mass regularly .
  • The believers now became local servants.
  • After school care center give us the chance to pray every day with all the kids and to serve their parents .
  • Open new ways and new places to serve God .
  • Give us the chance to cooperate with many entities like Thanksgiving Australia and the Egyptian embassy at Nepal.
