Troubleshooting Guideline

  1. Ensure ETP is enabled and the issue is reproducible
  2. Disable ETP to verify if the issue disappears. If the issue still exists, it’s not a TCP problem.
  3. Visit about:config and check “network.cookie.cookieBehavior”. If the pref value is not 5, then the issue is not TCP related.
  4. Set the pref value to 4 and enable ETP again.
  5. Verify the issue is still there. If it disappears, then it’s a TCP issue.
  6. Report the issue
