ROLE OF FOCAL PERSONS
1. In charge of coordination activities, including reportorial tasks

3. Tasks assigned to teachers in the conduct of LHAS as stipulated in this memorandum shall be integrated in the teachers’ performance of both teaching and ancillary tasks, as applicable.
2. Actual assessment shall be administered only by qualified and/or trained professionals.
4. SDO OKsaDepED TWG shall collaborate with Local Government Units (LGUS)
ROLE OF FOCAL PERSONS
5. School Health and Nutrition Personnel shall ensure that all learners undergo the LHAS within the school year.

6. SDOs through their SHN sections shall implement the following:
