Our Longer Term Plans
Our longer term aim to support our underserved community and relieve food inequality:-
How to Get Started and Funding Opportunities
Register with Neighbourly and Fareshare to receive surplus food from: Marks and Spencer, Aldi, Lidl, Asda and Tesco
This opportunity also allowed us to collect on Christmas Eve/New Years Eve and deliver large amounts of surplus to families at times of economic hardship
Small garden - set realistic expectations and expect plant death/destruction
Community Fridges - Co-Op offer community fridge funding
TerraCycle provide funds to organisations that recycle products via them
RagBag provide funds for clothing recycled through them
Household Support Grants from local authority/UK Shared Prosperity Fund from local authority
