In this course, students learn and practice principles of fitness, wellness, and health to develop habits of healthy living as well as study ways to get and stay fit through activities, sports, and recreation.

This course combines online instructional guidance with student participation in weekly cardiovascular, aerobic, muscle-toning, and other activities. The course promotes the value of lifetime physical activity and includes instruction in team sports and individual sports.
