  • Trying my best

2. Explain why you put yourself at this level.

I put myself at this level because I always tried my hardest e.g carrying the stretcher, making the stretcher. I also tried to help others and tried to get them involved when we were making the stretcher. I encouraged everyone at the very end and we managed to pass another team and got fourth. My team did not communicate very well but I tried to help everyone get along and join in. I also tried to make sure everyone had a role to play when we made the stretcher and carried it. I did this by taking charge and telling people to get certain things and to carry different corners, sharing around the places when we carried the stretcher so that people could have a rest if they were tired.

3. What could you work on next time to improve your involvement in the group for your stretcher making?

Next time I would try to encourage my other group members to join in more. I will also try to help get everyone on the same page so we all know what we are doing. Despite my efforts I had one group member who does not like to participate in activities.
