The following presentation contains only a few of the records that have been discovered in various school districts via California Public Records Act. The records illustrate a pattern that repeats in various school districts across the state. This sampling does not represent ALL discovered records that evidence the pattern.

Records show that children/students are being medicalized and politicized via public schools in California.

Records show taxpayer funds are paid to Research Hospitals that do pediatric sex change procedures.

Ca Democrat Legislators set the table for the public school student patient mill by passing legislation that blocks parents from knowing what gender their child identifies as at school.

Ca Democrat Legislators also passed laws that allow minors to consent to medical procedures without parental knowledge or involvement.

These laws prohibit schools from informing parents about medical appointments students go to during the school day.

The laws also prohibit insurance companies from sharing medical records about “sensitive services” with the insurance premium paying parents or guardians without consent from the minor student.

Records show Research Hospitals partner with LGBTQ centers across the state and get pediatric patients for sex change procedures.

LGBTQ Center of OC organizes in person meetings between minors and University of California, Irvine Pediatrician, Nurse Practitioner and insurance liaison for Sex Change Procedures. Current law allows procedures to be accessed without parental knowledge or consent.

While UCLA lists long term Risks of Puberty Blockers,

UCSF claims that puberty blockers are “fully reversible”.

State law leaves these medical decisions with long term risks entirely up to minors

ages 12 and up.

San Diego Unified School District records show communications for resources from Transfamily SOS center

• Federal and state tax dollars are allocated to school districts.
• Surveys like one found in Capistrano Unified public record are sent to districts from the State Board of Education.
• We have not dug into this financial piece yet, but believe it’s a reason why certain trustees are incentivized to maneuver with intermediaries and outside organizations to vote against parental notification.
• Protecting the #trans_student_hustle may be how money finds its way to their districts.

Here are 6 current Democrat sponsored bills that include cost reimbursement to school districts:

• Records show LGBTQ centers have a political arm that organizes in districts.
• Select trustees and agency employees recruit students and other staff, and collaborate with political activists, and influencers to attend board meetings to sway board decisions and purposefully block the public’s voice in order to keep the patient mill in tact.

• Records show Irvine Unified School District has a department devoted to LGBTQ “youth mental health”.
• Records show that the department partners with LGBTQ Center of OC and Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
• Irvine Unified agency employees affiliated with the center attended Capistrano Unified board meeting to oppose parents in Capo knowing about the mental health of their children at school.

• Capistrano Unified Board President, Krista Castellanos, collaborated with English teacher/Gay Straight Alliance leader Kelsey Torres and other agency employees, as well as the LGBTQ center of OC and their intermediaries to block the public from being part of the deliberative and decision making process at a board meeting about parental notification. This is illegal and called a Brown Act violation.

• They coordinated with agency employees within and outside of the district, students, and political activists to take up ⅔ of allotted public comment time.

• The message conveyed to Capo students, in advance of the policy ever being written or seen by anyone, was that the policy was a “forced outing”.
• Concerned citizens were characterized as “Hate Groups” by the LGBTQ center and GSA leaders.
• This language originates from the LGBTQ center of OC, and is evidenced by emails that were blasted to district employees throughout Orange County.
• Records show the narrative suggested by LGBTQ center was repeated to students by agency employees in flyers, slideshows, zoom trainings, in person meet ups, and Google sign up sheets.

• In Capistrano Unified, Trustee Michael Parham voted against proposed parental notification and deflected questions about staff helping students obtain sex change procedures.
• He characterized concerns of parents as a “GOP effort to undermine public education in general”

• Capistrano Unified trustee Gary Pritchard threatened the safety of the public by saying if a parental notification policy was put on the agenda, he would get his people there and “there would be a brawl”.

Records show that LGBTQ Center of OC director of advocacy and education, Stephanie Camacho VanDyke, sent hundreds of emails to district trustees, agency employees, and students to organize them against parental notification policies and for recalls of trustees in other districts that get in the way of the #trans_student_hustle. She has spoken at various board meetings in Orange County to denounce parental notification.

LGBTQ Centers “denounce” parental notification policies and call them “forced outing” policies.

Records show that students have been told by GSA leaders and centers that “outing” a student to their parents will cause the student to commit suicide or be abused.

Current law mandates that if a student is at risk of self harm or harm as a result of a parent being notified of gender identity, schools are mandatory reporters and the student would be taken into protective custody.

Abusive parents are the exception, NOT the rule.

And a lot of Hate is coming from the LGBTQ centers and teachers toward Loving parents.

Records show mocking and false narratives about parents originate with the centers and the falsehoods are perpetuated by some teachers/GSA leaders and students. This record found from Glendale Out, a group that coordinated with LGBTQ Center of Los Angeles to visit campuses and organize in Glendale Unified School District mocks an organization of parents who want to protect their children called “Leave Our Kids Alone”:

Why do centers and schools believe it is their place to collaborate and not inform parents about their own child’s mental health and medical information?

Why are politicians and centers working hard to keep parents in the dark?

Why keep parents from knowing how their child identifies at school and whom they meet with during school hours?

• Hiding information from parents allows trustees, schools, principals, teachers/GSA leaders and LGBTQ centers to work together uninterrupted to reinforce a new gender identity in a child.
• Creating a narrative of students needing to be cautious of parents and positioning them as “hateful” is a tactic that abusers use to isolate their victims.
• This manipulation moves the child closer to connection with the centers, to “resources” ie. gender “wear” and ultimately gender “care”-medicalization.
• This creates lifelong patients to support the #trans_student_hustle industry.

• More and more whistleblowers are coming forth from within the industry describing their concerns about the number of children being fast tracked to sex change procedures.

• Communications reveal recruitment for phone banking and canvassing for elections to keep politicians who support and enable the patient mill in their seats.

• Records show centers recruit students and agency employees to support recalls of trustees who want parents to be informed which disrupts the #trans_student_hustle.

San Diego Unified

This record from San Diego Unified School District is from The Center SD. It is an invitation to support Dr Akilah Weber who is one of the state assembly members responsible for laws that keep parents in the dark about school identity and medical decisions.

Records show that the LGBTQ Centers have immigration departments with legal advocates who speak multiple languages.

• Public Records show that LGBTQ Centers coordinate with select school board trustees and agency employees.
• Select teachers on K-12 campuses in districts across the state are recruited as GSA leaders.
• GSA leaders provide LGBTQ centers access to students/patients without needing parental knowledge or consent.
• GSA stands for Gay Straight Alliance.
• Both gay and straight students are recruited to clubs led by a GSA leader/teacher.

• The public records show that “affirming” a child’s identified gender is school protocol.
• There were no records discovered that offered alternatives to “gender affirmation”
• Records show that children, both gay and straight, are being recruited to GSA clubs at school for information and resources connecting them to gender affirming “care”.

Glendale Unified School District

Irvine Unified School District

Records show that as of June 2023, in Irvine Unified School District

110 students have “Gender Support Plans”

14 are elementary school students

96 are secondary school students

Records show that parents of California school children are lied to by district employees about their child’s gender identity at school, as well as their child’s usage of restrooms and locker rooms of the opposite biological sex. Here is a record from Irvine Unified School District:

• Records show communications between a rep from the LGBTQ Center of OC and a Capistrano Unified 7th Grade science teacher at Marco Forster Middle School.

• The teacher/GSA leader, Julie Klotz, states that her principal is helping her to hide their activities and campus visits from “very outrageous parents” to avoid “extra heat” due to the age of the middle school students.

Our public records search, which covered approximately a two month time period, yielded thousands of communications between GSA leaders and LGBTQ centers in various districts across the state. The communications from the centers were persistent about securing in person and virtual meetings with students for linkage to care and resources. Here are a few examples:

Records show that the center’s reps visit school campuses without parental knowledge or consent to provide information about their goods and services and provide linkage to “gender affirming” wear and “care”.

Niguel High School in Capistrano Unified, told a

Rep from the LGBTQ center of OC that no documentation was necessary for access to campus.

Records show students from various San Diego middle and high schools have been bussed to the centers for field trips to try clothing of the opposite gender. They are offered

pizza and snacks to attend.

Records reveal special focus on children with learning disabilities and foster youth.

The LGBTQ centers’ wall of secrecy extends to virtual linkage to “care”. Multiple centers’ websites have “quick exit” that clear browser history and exit to the weather channel page or google, like this example on LGBTQ center of LA and a resource from Irvine Unified called Glsen.org:

Once the center establishes a relationship with the students through school, students are bombarded with invitations and opportunities to come to the centers. Opportunities to try clothing, access “gender junk,”meet physicians and adults who have transitioned, reinforce the idea of transitioning without parents knowing.

Resources shared with San Diego Unified GSAs from TransfamilySOS offer “trans gear” for trans youth. After clicking on a cartoon picture for resources, pornographic adult images appear. An example is “GYJ” or “Get Your Joey”, which is underwear with a hole for a prosthetic penis. Trans youth can purchase a variety of “packers” which are prosthetic penises of all shapes, colors, and sizes.

Due to centers coming through the back door to advertise their services at schools, students have access to a wide array of sex change procedures without parental guidance or knowledge.

This exposes children to dangerous medical risks and long term consequences.

These are decisions that children are physiologically incapable of making for themselves due to the immaturity of the brain, specifically an underdeveloped prefrontal cortex which is responsible for decision making and impulse control.

Certainly, the medical establishment and those in education, familiar with child development, have understanding of this fact, yet California school children are still being offered up for the

#trans_student_hustle.

What Can You Do?

1. Print, sign and get as many people as possible to sign the Protect Kids Of California Act petition by April 15, 2024 to get it on the November ballot. Details available at:

• If you live in Orange County, call the DA’s office and ask them to investigate Brown Act violations by the Capo school board @ 714-834-3600
• STOP voting democrat. Sadly, the party endorses concealing information from parents and are responsible for legislation that created the #trans_student_hustle.
• Stay informed and share this information with as many people as possible.
• GET INVOLVED-Consider running for school board or helping parent candidates by being boots on the ground for their campaigns.
