• The World of Red Cross and Red Crescent (WORC)
• Strategy 2030
• Code of Conduct
• Humanitarian Charter and Sphere Manual
• Introduction to International Disaster Response Laws, Rules and Principles
• Project/ Programme Planning (PPP)
• Introduction to Monitoring and Evaluation
• Basics of Livelihoods
• Stay Safe – Personal Security

• Interview of general aspects, reasons for applying, expectations, experience, etc., at this stage is defined if the person complies with the standard requirements or if he/she will be referred to complete the prerequisites.

• Submission of work plan that includes description of the evaluation and delivery schedules.

​

• It refers to the technical test, through case studies, tests, etc.

​

• Review of the technical test with a minimum approval of 70%.

​

• Delivery of certificate that accredits the standarization.
