Dianna Gallante is retiring from GSU in May! She first began teaching in 1976 :)
Jerry Becker (SIU) - The College of Education and Human Development at University of Minnesota received a substantial donation to endow a Jerry P. Becker Doctoral Fellowship in Mathematics Education!
Jackie Murawska (Skokie District) was the lead author for the featured article in the September 2020 issue of Mathematics Teacher (PK-12) titled “The Condo Problem: Is This Culturally Responsive Teaching?”
Astrida Cirulis (Concordia) won a Fulbright Specialist Award in 2016 to work in Latvia as a consultant in the development of new math standards for the country and worked on this for many years. The project continues in Latvia with professional development for teachers and curriculum development!
