Do Not Resent the Work! Practice should be challenging, uncomfortable, and push limits! This is the only way to improve and will help us deep in the season!

PURE COMMITMENT APPROACH

Players and Coaches cannot be perfect, but we can have a pure commitment to working as hard as we can every day and bringing our very best focus to the task at hand.  We can have a pure commitment to each other! 

Weekly Pure Commitment Cards

• Use a Note Card for Goal Setting
• One Home Goal, One Practice Goal, One Game Goal
• Players will share their goals at the first practice of each week with the team and Coaches

LOCKER ROOM ACCESS PROTOCOL

• Do NOT Hang our or Linger – Get Changed, Lock Up Your Things, Exit
• NO Videoing, Taking Pictures, Recording for Social Media in the Locker Room Area
• Phone Use Could Result in Harassment, Intimidation, or Bullying Issues
• Locker Room Supervision – Athletics Support Staff 2:20pm – 2:45pm, 4:30pm – 5:15pm
• Emergency Pick Up or Early Dismissal From Practice – Access to Locker Room must Go Through Athletics Support Staff
• Respect School Property and Equipment
• Enter Through The Snack Shack Entrance – Do NOT bang on Doors
• Do not Prop Open Doors to Ensure Safety
