-And in that case, you won’t be able to log in until people log out.

-This happens because each exam date have limit for quantity of students. And sometimes it is as low as 5 students/date. So people hurry to take places.

Eligibility criteria for exam registration

Registration for an exam will be refused if:

  • You have tuition fee debt
  • You have unpaid obligations in Neptun
  • You didn’t complete Compulsory Medical Check-up
  • If you didn’t fulfill minimal requirements for subject (e.g. minimal attendance, minimum SCT average, pre-test, exceed number of abscences, submitted homeworks or other) department may refuse to give you “Signature” for semester and therefore you won’t be able to take exam. Note: minimal requirements are announced in the beginning of semester and must be fulfilled in order to take exam and complete semester.

If “Pre Exam” or

“Grade on the basis of SCT average above XX%”

was announced for the subject,

then you will be able to accept “Offered Grade” in this section

IMPORTANT: think twice before accepting or declining Offered grade – you can’t change your decision later.

CREDIT�• Credit(s) can only be obtained if students pass the exam of the given subject.�• Physical education: You need to take for 3 semesters. (You get no credit for it)�• Pharmacy required : you need to fulfilled 45 credit from it�• Freely chosen: you need to fulfilled 15 credit from it��! After you reach 45 credits from the pharmacy required subject you can choose more from this category if you want but and they will count as your freely chosen subject and the credit points will add up to the freely chosen subjects

• Extension week might be granted by Dean or might be not, you will be notified later, that is why it is better not to count on it.�• Those students, who have only 1 compulsory subject uncompleted from the semester compulsory subjects, can take ONE exam in the extension week.�• The exam can be A, B or C chance. (No improvement is possible!)�• Each student can use extension week for an exam 2 times during his/her studies, regardless of the success of that exam. �If the student does not appear on exam during extension week, (s)he cannot get extension week any more during his/her studies.
