The North Shore Health Care Foundation is an independent non-profit organization benefitting health care and healthy living in Cook County Minnesota. Now in its 31^st year. �

• Must be nonprofit organization or have fiscal sponsorship from qualified nonprofit
• We do not make grants to individuals
