Our Title I Plan

These plans are developed in the Spring for the following school year.

Breakfast

To help ensure students begin each day ready to learn and to support a smooth start to instruction, breakfast will be served from 8:10 a.m. until 8:35 a.m.

Students who arrive after 8:35 a.m. will not be served breakfast. If your child will be arriving after this time, please make sure they have eaten breakfast before coming to school. Their next opportunity to eat will be during their scheduled lunch period. Please try and have your student arrive before 8:35 to ensure they have time enough time to eat.

Thank you for helping us establish consistent morning routines that allow students to start the day on time, minimize disruptions to learning, and support the efficient operation of our school nutrition program. Birthdays

At Moss Elementary, we celebrate birthdays in a way that is inclusive for all students. To support a safe learning environment and be mindful of food allergies, dietary needs, and instructional time, we do not allow birthday treats or classroom birthday celebrations.

Instead, families are invited to participate in our Birthday Book Program. In honor of your child's birthday, you will have an opportunity to donate toward a book. A special commemorative bookplate with your child's name will be placed inside the book, creating a lasting gift that can be enjoyed by students for years to come.

Thank you for helping us celebrate our students in a meaningful way while supporting our school community!
