Welcome to

St. Mother Teresa

We would like to begin by acknowledging that Barrhaven is situated on the traditional territory of the Algonquin Anishinabeg Nation.

We recognize and honour the enduring presence of the Algonquin peoples on this land,

their deep connection to it, and their ongoing stewardship of the environment.

We pay our respects to the elders - past, present, and emerging, and extend our gratitude for their

teachings and wisdom.

Prayer

Dear Lord,

Thank you for the gift of education in every form.

As our children prepare for next year,

may confidence be their foundation, grace be their guide,

and may hope be their compass toward a bright future.

We pray they have eyes to see the needs of those around them and a heart to love well. May they face each day with positivity knowing that no matter what comes their way, they do not have to face it alone.

St. Teresa of Calcutta, Pray for us.

Amen

Titan Academy

The TAs (Titan Academy members) are groups of two-three high school students assigned to each grade 7 & 8 homeroom.

Our goal is to create a strong relationship between the Titan Academy and the Grade 7/8’s so that they feel comfortable approaching the high school students outside of the classroom.
