Amending and supplementing content on the rights of medical examination and treatment facilities in implementing health insurance medical examination and treatment contracts:

Modification of payment principle according to service price:

• Costs for medical examination services, hospital bed days, technical services, and testing are paid according to the actual amount used for patients and the prescribed price.
• The cost of drugs, chemicals, and medical supplies has not been included in the price of medical examination and treatment services covered by health insurance or used in technical services for which medical examination and treatment prices have not been issued under health insurance. has been used for patients within the scope of benefits and the health insurance participants benefits are paid according to the actual quantity used and the purchase price according to regulations.

From July 1^st, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange receives and reviews listing registration applications of organizations that meet listing conditions.

No later than December 31^st, 2025, the Hanoi Stock Exchange will complete the transfer of shares of listed organizations to the Ho Chi Minh City one.

Circular No. 69/2023/TT-BTC amending and supplementing some Articles of Circular No. 57/2021/TT-BTC regulating the roadmap process to arrange the stock trading market, bond trading market, derivatives trading market and trading market for other stocks

Circular No. 18/2023/TT-BCT amending and abolishing some Articles of the Circular regulating technical inspection of labor safety under the management authority of the Ministry of Industry and Trade

Amendments to group B inspection objects in Circular 09/2017/TT-BCT include:

• Group B1 is industrial boilers with pressure above 16 bar;
• Group B2 is pressure vessels, steam and hot water pipeline systems.

Modifying the form of training, fostering, and testing professional inspection:

• Post-training testing for: Individuals applying for a certificate for the first time, inspectors whose certificates have been revoked, or whose certificates have expired.
• Post-training examination for: Inspectors who have been certified at least once within 36 months from the date of certification.

Additional assessment of test results: Students will be tested a second time if the first results do not meet the requirements.

Outstanding content of Amendment 1:2023 QCVN 06:2022/BXD:

Modify some regulations to ensure human safety:

• For houses with 2 to 3 basement floors: Arrange smoking rooms, supermarkets and shopping centers, restaurants, beverage shops, and public rooms deeper than basement 1 when designing according to documents. Whether it is allowed to apply, or there is technical justification according to 1.1.10.
• For hospitals and high schools: only medical examination functions without inpatient treatment, office functions, and other auxiliary functions are allowed to be located on the semi-basement or basement level 1 or higher.
• For all basement floors: there must be at least 1 entrance to an escape stairwell separated from the surrounding space by a type 1 fire partition or equivalent. Doors must be self-closing.
