PRINTSTAR ACQUISITION OF A BIBLE WEBPRESS IN NAIROBI
Advisory Council member Alice Ruhiu is co-founder and CEO of PrintStar Publishers, located in a special economic zone in Nairobi, Kenya. An affordable used webpress was tested with samples reviewed favorably by Tyndale House Publishers production and acquisition staff. A downpayment secured the webpress with plans to transport it to PrintStar’s campus with hope that Bible production can begin early in 2026.
GROUND-BREAKING OF ALULA TESFAI ZEWELI PRIMARY SCHOOL IN NEBELET
After months of planning,discussions, and prayer, a groundbreaking ceremony ws held by the Alula’s Dream Foundation team in August 2025. ADF will LORD-willing build and open the new school in 2026. The need for the school was highlighted by Tigray’s Minister of Health Dr. Kiros, who also attended the ground-breaking ceremony. Board member Tesfai Abay is spearheading this project under the leadership of his neice Selam Kahsay, other members of his family, and new Board member Steve VanZee.
LAUNCH OF ELNABI HOLISTIC MINISTRY (AUTISTIC CHILDREN) IN ADDIS AND MEKELLE
God granted Samuel Estifanos the launching of Elnabi Holistic Ministries in December 2024, with a training office in Addis Ababa. A team of therapists in both Addis and Mekelle were trained and home-based care for families with autistic children was launched in March 2025. With the Holy Spirit’s guidance and blessing, families reported positive change in their children, and outreach included one with Muslim backround.
RE-LAUNCH OF THE SHALOM SUBSTANCE REHABILITATION NEAR MEKELLE
The recently repaired Shalom Center was re-inaugurated in an Aug 2025 cveremony. The first group of a dozen male residents were admitted in Fall 2025 with good outcomes for all those completing the two month program. The Shalom Center also became an experimental site for the special PFUMVUDZA conservation agriculture farming method, and a large traditional farm yielded a good harvest with a small reservoir added for year-around production.
SUPPORT FOR THE WOMEN OF HOPE TRAUMA MINISTRY IN TIGRAY
God raised up our brother Alem to minister His love to traumized women in several remote areas of Tigray. He has developed a holistic program which includes healing sessions, food and sanitary support and economic empowerment through village savings and loan associations. A trauma Discovery Bible study series led several of the women to confess faith in Christ in spite of opposition. Ethiopia’s Young Life Director Frieselam is supporting this program as part of the monitoring and evaluation team.
SUPPORT FOR OPERATION NEHEMIAH MISSIONS INTERNATIONAL POLYTECH SCHOOL IN SOUTH SUDAN
God has blessed our brother and messianic Rabbi William Levi to develop a holistic ministry in Nimule South Sudan. His ministry, Operation Nehemiah Ministries International, has made an impact in diverse areas such as church planting and discipleship, food security, and FM radio.Timothy Project is supporting ONMI’s polytechnic trade school which gives students a variety of practical job training in a one year program.
SUPPORT FOR DORCAS ACADEMY IN ADDIS ABABA
Launch of a high quality elementary school in an underserved community of Addis Ababa has been a life-long dream of our Advisory Council member Yohannes Loulsegued and our partners Dr. Tes and his wife Seble in Addis. Thanks be to God, Dorcas school was opened in fall of 2024 with several dozen students enrolled including three with special needs. By God’s grace, the school held its first graduation in 2025 and expanded to 150 students in their second year.
SUPPORT FOR THE CHICAGO WELCOME CENTER
The Chicago Welcome Center is a hub for Chicagoland Disciple Making Ministry (DMM). In 2025, God granted expansion of classroom space for ESL classes and office/event space for ministry collaborators. Timothy Project also is helping to facilitate Discovery Bible studies at the Welcome Center in both English and Spanish.
SPECIAL RECOGNITION
While every member of our team is vitally important to our ministry, almost all that we are doing is supported by a weekly prayer meeting led by “Pastor Paul” Newman and Shep Broyles. Our overseas partners Alice Ruhiu and Samuel Estifanos have also been core members of the prayer team.

2025 was a year of transition as we were advised by Faith and Learning International to become a single charity fund under the National Christian Foundation in order to continue to support our numerous ministry partners while conducting a major campaign to help launch PrintStar as Africa’s 1st webpress Bible production center.
We give thanks to God for the incredible opportunities He has given us to support the work of His dedicated servants.
